Application:
The mill is used for rubber plasticating,mixing,warming and sheeting.
General Design:
The mill consists mainly of rolls,frame,bearings,roll nip adjusting screws,heating and cooling devixe,emergency stop,lubrication system and such sctions as electrical controls and,etc.
The mainelectric motor arives the front and rolls to rotate oppositly through reducer,drving gears and friction gears.
Features:
1、The rolls are made of chilled alloyed cast iron,Their working surfaces are of high hardness and wear-resistant.The working temperature of the bored rolls is controllable by steam or cooling water that pass through them thus,to meet the requirements of milling process.
2、Roll nip adjustment is realized by hand operation which can obtain high accuracy and sensitivity.
